The Fine Print

The signing person, corporation or other entity understands that this application is not an invitation to participate in the Parade. In consideration of the Parade Committee’s allowing the undersigned to participate in the parade, the undersigned agrees to hold harmless the Main Street Pageland, The Town of Pageland, the sponsors and agents and employees of the mentioned groups from all claims for damages for injury (including death) and property damage arising out of involvement with the parade. The signing party further agrees to have received, read, and understood and to comply fully with all the rules and regulations. Rules & Regulations O EXCEPTIONS – NO REFUNDS. All entries must contain signage reflecting a sponsor unless the entry is agriculture or antique in design. Low speed vehicles (i.e.) golf carts will be allowed if they are appropriately decorated and have proper signage. NO EXCEPTIONS – NO REFUNDS. The parade will be limited. Applications are accepted based on creativity, proposed use of themes and type of unit. YOUR ENTRY MUST HAVE SIGNS FOR SPONSORSHIP!
